Meditations are delivered digitally. Immediately after purchase you're taken to a private page where you can listen and download your meditation, and a link to that page is also sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Because each meditation is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If something goes wrong with your file or you're unable to access your meditation, write to me at the address below and I'll make it right.
Meditations are intended for the personal use of the purchaser only and may not be resold, redistributed, republished, shared, or used to create derivative commercial products.
Your meditation is yours to keep and use personally. The recordings, methods, scripts, and underlying systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. AJ Karlovich and Ascension Meditations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation in Arizona.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
